The students of the Department of Architectural Engineering at Assyria University, accompanied by the head of the department, Professor Dr. Qabila Fares Hammoud, the assistant teacher, Ghufran Abdul Redha, the assistant teacher, Taiba Basil, the assistant teacher, Zainab Abboud, and Miss Sarah Abbas, made a scientific visit to the building of the General Company for Iraqi Railways, as it is one of the requirements of the curriculum for first-year students in They were received by the Director of the Information Department, Mr. Jassim Al-Gharabi, who accompanied them throughout the visit to introduce them to the characteristics of the building, its architecture, and the symbols it contains, in addition to introducing them to the history of the building and the history of railways in Iraq. The students photographed the building with all its facilities to identify it. The company's general manager also received them and introduced the students to the library's holdings and the company's future projects.
