Within the series of workshops, seminars, lectures and scientific dialogues held by Assyria University with the support and supervision of the University President, the respected Professor Dr. Kazem Abboud Al-Majidi. The College of Law held a workshop on Saturday, 11/25/2023, entitled (Crimes of the Zionist entity in Gaza in light of the provisions of international law).
Attended by M. Dr. (Muhammad Khudair Ali Al-Anbari), and was attended by a number of university teachers and students. The workshop discussed in detail the crimes of the Zionist entity in Gaza against the Palestinian people and their violation of the provisions of international law and international humanitarian law. The researcher discussed some of the texts of international conventions that prohibit the commission of these Zionist attacks. In its various forms, including the forced displacement of the people of Gaza outside their place of residence, some of the attendees participated in the workshop through dialogue in presenting their different opinions on the topic of the workshop’s research.
The workshop concluded by presenting a summary of the recommendations that the international community can make against the criminal Zionist entity, including referring it to the International Criminal Court.
