In the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Kazem Abboud Al-Majidi, Dean of Ashur University College, and Professor Dr. Ghassan Qassem Al-Lami, Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs, and members of the Digital Maturity and Transformation Committee, to discuss the action plan and draw up a strategic plan for digital transformation, which is divided into three stages, namely:
The first stage: identifying the main issues of digital transformation, which includes four main issues.
The second stage: moving towards digital transformation, which includes four strategic goals.
The third stage: the strategic selection of digital issues.
After extensive discussions and exchange of views, in which everyone participated, some of its paragraphs were amended to be in line with the ministry's directions and the capabilities of the college. This strategic plan will be submitted to the office of the Undersecretary for Scientific Research Affairs / Digital Transformation Committee
