In an atmosphere filled with passion for art and beauty, the President of Ashur University, Professor Dr. Kadhum Abboud Al-Majidi, inaugurated the exhibition of creative handicrafts by Dr. Ilham Ahmed Al-Amili, under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Arts, Prof. Dr. Nahida Hussein Al-Asadi, and the Head of the English Department, Asst. Ms. Lamia Abdul Hamid Al-Ani. The exhibition combined authentic craftsmanship with exquisite creativity. The opening was attended by a group of distinguished university professors and those from outside the university interested in handicrafts. The exhibits included paintings, ceramics, and traditional crafts that reflect our rich cultural heritage.
Proceeds from the exhibition were allocated to children with cancer.
