The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces that, per the directive of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the application period for the "Parallel" (public-subsidized) higher education track and the private higher education track has been extended through Saturday and Sunday. Applications will close at 12:00 midnight on Sunday, November 1, 2026.

The Ministry urges prospective applicants to promptly complete their procedures via the "Qadam" (Apply) electronic platform before the specified deadline expires.
