How to check private admission results and the registration code

Following the announcement of private higher education admission results—expected within 24–48 hours—applicants to private universities and colleges can check their admission status and obtain their ministerial code via the "Qadam" platform by following these steps:

1- Log in to the "Qadam" application/platform using your student account.
2- From the main menu, select the third option ("Applications" / *Al-Istimarat*).
3- The system will verify your identity using biometric authentication (facial or iris recognition).
4- Once verified, your application form will open, displaying the following:

The name of the college to which you have been admitted.
The name of the department to which you have been admitted.
The registration code (ministerial code) displayed next to the department name.
 Important Note:
If the ministerial code does not appear on your application form, it means your admission is still undergoing the selection/evaluation process and has not yet been finalized.
