College Mission

The College of Fine Arts at Ashur University, within its available resources, strives to achieve excellence in university education, instill artistic, aesthetic, and educational values ​​in its students, and adopt creativity as a fundamental goal in artistic and aesthetic research. It also aims to cultivate in its students a refined and ethical character.

College Objectives: The College of Fine Arts at Ashur University aims to:

1- Elevate the artistic movement and scientific research to the highest level through its curriculum and continuous research, ultimately enabling students to reach the status of creative artists.

2- Meet the needs of ministries and the private sector by providing them with creative artistic personnel in their respective fields.

3- Contribute to creating a general environment for artistic culture that aligns with social values ​​and heritage, while preserving authentic Arab and Islamic values.

4- Emphasize the role of art in society as a sophisticated cultural tool for building and developing the community.

5- Creating a balanced and integrated personality for the student (in thought and behavior), developing various activities, and instilling a spirit of creativity, innovation, renewal, and initiative.
