دأبت كلية اشور الجامعة ومنذ تأسيسها على مواصلة ومواكبة التقدم العلمي والتوسع في البرامج الدراسية التي توفرها لتلبية الحاجة المجتمعية وسوق العمل وعلى هذا الأساس جاءت انطلاقة قسم هندسة تقنيات الأجهزة الطبية اعتباراً من هذا العام الدراسي 2020-2021 ليكون صرحا علميا واعد اً من خلال توفير البيئة الدراسية المميزة والهيئة التدريسية من ذوي الخبرة والشهادات العليا من داخل وخارج العراق واعتماد طرائق التدريس الحديثة بالاضافة الى توفير المختبرات العلمية والورش العملية والتعليمية الحديثة لمواكبة التقدم العلمي والتقني والتكنولوجي لاعداد خريجين مؤهلين لسوق العمل لخدمة المجتمع. بالاضافة الى السعي الدؤوب ووضع الخطط الاسترتتيجية لتَوسيع آفاق التّعاون العلمي والأكاديمي مع الجامعات العراقية والعربية والاجنبية لتعزيز جودة نظام التعليم المعتمد ومخرجاته بموجب المواصفات العالمية. هدفنا الأسمى اعداد خريجين متميزين ذوي المهارة العالية في حقل الاختصاص من خلال اعتماد الخطط الدراسية المتطورة في مناهجها العلمية واساليبها التعليمية والتربوية في التعامل مع أبنائنا الطلبة الأعزاء للمساهمة في خدمة للمسيرة العلميّة في عراقنا الحبيب. تمنياتي لجميع طلبتنا الاعزاء بالنجاح والتوفيق الأستاذ المساعد الدكتور سعد سامي ناجي الخفاجي رئيس قسم هندسة تقنيات الأجهزة الطبية
